How fast I respond
I read mail every couple of days and try to reply within 48 hours. Sometimes faster, sometimes a bit slower if I'm travelling. There's no support bot or call centre — it's a person on the other end.
Lost progress
The apps store your progress locally on your device. That means:
- Progress is not tied to an account, Apple ID, or cloud service.
- If you uninstall and reinstall, progress is gone — there's no backup to restore from.
- If you switch phones, progress doesn't follow.
This is a deliberate trade-off: no account means nothing to leak. A future update may add an opt-in cloud-sync via your Apple ID's iCloud (which keeps the data with you, not me), but it's not there yet.
App-specific notes
Café Calm
v0 is intentionally a vertical slice — one café, one upgrade, no ending. If progression stalls, that's the current scope, not a bug. More baristas, more drinks, and a prestige loop are coming.
