Privacy

The short version: I don't collect anything. The longer version is below, in plain English.

This policy covers all apps published under "Sami Lamti" on the App Store and Google Play, including Café Calm. The brand is run by Sami Lamti, an individual developer based in Sweden.

What I collect

Nothing. The apps run entirely on your device. They don't sign you in, they don't ask for your email, and they don't send any usage data anywhere.

What's stored on your device

Your save file. The app writes your game progress (cups brewed, upgrades bought, etc.) to your device's private app storage. It's also signed with a random key the app generates the first time you open it — the key never leaves your phone; its only job is to detect if the save was modified outside the game.

Both the save and the key are deleted when you uninstall the app.

Third-party services

None. There's no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash reporter, no Firebase, no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no AppsFlyer or Adjust. Nothing reaches out across the network during normal play.

Children

Apps in the App Store Kids Category and Google Play "Designed for Families" program follow Apple's and Google's stricter rules for children's apps. The "no collection, no tracking" stance applies to all my apps regardless — children's apps just make it more explicit.

Your rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data a publisher holds about you. Since I don't hold any, there's nothing to request — but if you'd like a written confirmation of that for your own records, email me.

Changes

If this policy ever changes — for example, if I add an optional analytics opt-in in a future release — I'll update this page and note the date below. The version of the policy in effect for your install of the app is the one that was live when you last updated the app.
