Photo Print does not collect any data. Full stop.

Photo Print is a simple utility that lays your photos out onto printable A4 pages. It is designed to keep everything on your device.

What we collect

Nothing. Photo Print has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. It has no server of its own and sends no information about you anywhere.

There is one network connection, and it belongs to the store you bought the app from: if you buy the optional Print & Clear feature, your device talks to the App Store (on iPhone) or Google Play (on Android) to complete and verify that purchase, exactly as it does for any app. We never see your payment details, and neither Apple nor Google tells us who you are.

Your photos

When you choose an album or add photos, they are read directly from your device's photo library only to build the printable page. Your photos are never uploaded, copied to a server, or shared with us or any third party. They never leave your device except when you send them to your own printer or save a PDF through the system print dialog, or share a saved document yourself.

Photo library permission

Photo Print asks for permission to access your photos so you can pick a whole album to print. If you turn on Print & Clear, that same permission is what lets the app find, and offer to remove, the photos that were printed. Adding individual photos uses the system photo picker and needs no permission at all. You can review or change this at any time: on iPhone in Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos, and on Android in Settings → Apps → Photo Print → Permissions.

Saved pages

When you print, Photo Print saves the finished pages as a PDF on your device, so you can reprint them later without laying them out again — and without needing the original photos. These files stay on your device, in the app's own folder. On iPhone you can browse them in the Files app under On My iPhone → Photo Print; on Android you can share a document or save a copy to Downloads. They are never uploaded anywhere.

Unless you switch it off, documents older than 30 days are deleted automatically. Documents whose photos you have cleared are the exception: those are kept, because the pages are the only copy of those pictures left.

Print & Clear

Print & Clear is an optional paid feature that removes photos from your library once you have printed them. It stays off until you turn it on. It only ever offers photos from pages you have confirmed came out of the printer, and the system itself asks you to confirm before anything is removed. On iPhone, cleared photos go to Recently Deleted in the Photos app; on Android, they go to the trash. Either way you have 30 days to get them back. On Android, copies backed up to Google Photos or another cloud service are not affected.

Please keep in mind that a printed document is a page layout, not a backup of your originals. Clearing frees up space; it does not preserve full-quality copies of your photos.

Children

Photo Print is a general-audience utility and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
